Invitation to Bid - Supply of vehicle including driver Bolero Car (AC) on Monthly Rental basis for 2500km per month / 300 hours per month for Division.No1 Awarad, From August-26 to March-27. in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

A copy of Vehicle registration certifcate with up to date ftness & validity.

The Driver valid driving License

Up to date Vehicle insurance.

Road Tax paid papers should be in order and paid up to date.

Taxi / Tourist vehicle permit up to date

GST registration certifcate

Copy of the Income Tax Returns fled for the fnancial year 2024-25.(Assessment year 2025-26)

All condition as per tender notifcation and Bid Document

Hiring period of the vehicle is approximately between the period from 1st August 2026 to 31st March 2027 (Period Effects from Date of Agreement).

The approximate running of vehicle is 2500 Kms/ Month & further running will be on kilometer basis i.e Rs.12/-per KM on excess of 2500km run per month & Rs.150/hour on excess of 300 hours per month. Hire charges of vehicle are inclusive of fuel, Crew, Maintenance repairs Insurance charges, Drivers Cost, Drivers baata, etc.

The Driver of the vehicle should posses the valid driving License & he should not be alcoholic & driver shall come neatly with shoes & uniforms.

Hire rent will be paid as per availability of fund

Financial proposals are inclusive of Accidental risk

The agency has to arrange for alternate vehicle in case the vehicle breaks down & cannot be repaired immediately.

The agency/person shall ensure that the vehicle insurance & Road Tax payers should be in order and paid up to date.

The Driver of the Vehicle shall be asked to be at the office all 24 hours. If necessary driver shall be arranged in shifts & physically fit and need to be travel wherever necessary as per direction of officer.

This is a Government Office Duty & not responsible any vehicle loan & other maintenance charges

GST will be paid to the tendered amount separately
