Copy of contractors valid registration under appropriate class with government of telangana

The bidder shall furnish their copy of latest permanent Account Number (PAN) card and copy of latst income taxreturns submitted alongwith proof of receipt

GST Registration certificate and latest GST returns certificate of Government of Telangana. GST returns shall be for the Preceding quarter i.e., three (3) months before the month of tendering.

Details of value of works executed in the last 10 financial years by the Bidder in Statement-I with supporting certificates.

Details of existing commitments of the bidder i.e., works on and in Statement-IV-A with supporting certificates and also details of tenders submitted in Statement-IV-(B).

Availability of critical equipment with the bidder in Statement-V.

Availability of Key personnel with the bidder in Statement-VI

Litigation history of the bidder in Statement-VII.

Proof of liquid assets as per Annexure 1(B)/1(A).

The bidders shall furnish a declaration (Rs.100/- Bond Paper) online stating that the soft copies uploaded by them are genuine. Any incorrectness/deviation noticed would be viewed seriously and apart from cancelling of the Tender and forfeiting EMD, criminal action would be initiated including suspension of Business.

List of other certificates enclosed, if any, as per bid document conditions.

Copy of challan/DD in favour of PAO, Khammam / Online payment receipt towards EMD.
