Audited Statement of Accounts-Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet-for preceeding continuous 3 years i.e. 2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26
Certificate of Incorporation/ Certificate of Registration issued by the register of companies/ Industries and commerce dept in proof of manufacturing status-along with MOA or Annexures/ enclosures to certificate-showing nature of business/ Service rendered/ Products manufactured.
Certificate of verification issued by the chartered accountant in the format prescribed
Declaration-I as per the format on Govt. stamp paper of Rs.20/- or above
Declaration-II as per the format on Govt. stamp paper Rs.20/- or above-In case the manufacturers/ Principle firm will execute supplies through their Channel Partner/ Authorized Dealer/ Distributor
Declaration-III as per the format on Govt. stamp paper of Rs.20/- or above
GST Registration certificate and PAN Card.
ISO/TUV/IATF 16949/ IBA/ OHSAS etc certificate.-If applicable
MSME Certificate/ Udyog Adhar certificate/ NSIC Certificate/ SSE Certificate or certificates issued by any Government as a proof of manufacturer of tendered items.
NSIC certificate-To avail exemption from the payment of EMD
Eligibility Criteria
Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
All other terms & conditions are as per tender documents.
