The Civil Contractors/ Contracting Firms/ Companies formed under Companies Act (In case of JV, all the partners of JV) having registration in State Governments/ Public Sectors/ Government Undertakings anywhere in the country shall be permitted for tendering, without insisting on Registration in State Government. (Further as per NIT and Bid Document)

The tenderer (for JV, any member of JV) or their employee shall possess valid ?A? grade Electrical license OR The tenderer shall upload an undertaking while submitting tender to that effect that an MOU on Rs.100/- NJS Paper with A grade Electrical License holder (with Govt of Telangana) to execute the electrical component would be submitted before concluding the agreement (Further as per NIT )

Latest IT returns & PAN Card (for JV all members of JV should furnish the said documents) (Further as per NIT and Bid Document)

GST Registration certificate and latest GST returns of Government of Telangana/ State Governments anywhere in the country (in case of JV, all partners for JV should furnish the said documents).

Note. In case, bidder (without Telangana GST registration) turns out to be L1 bidder), GST registration and GST returns of Government of Telangana should be produced before concluding agreement. (in case of JV, all the Partners of JV shall produce GST registration and GST returns of Government of Telangana before concluding agreement ). An undertaking to this effect shall be uploaded online.

The bidders (in case of JV, all members of JV) shall furnish Litigation history of the bidder & Criminal cases pending against the bidder in Statement ?VII (A&B).

The bidder (for JV, all members of JV) shall submit Proof of payment of professional tax to the commercial tax department of Telangana state

The bidder (for JV, all members of JV) shall submit a declaration on Rs. 100/- NJS paper that, ?The procurement of Diesel (POL) for this work will be made within the state of Telangana? and upload the same on e-procurement platform, which shall be part and parcel of the agreement of the work.

The bidder(for JV, all the partners individually or collectively) shall submit Proof of owning Quality Control Lab or having tie up with established Quality lab OR The bidder shall upload an undertaking that in case he turns out to be successful bidders (L1) he will establish Quality control laboratory or will have a tie-up with reputed laboratory (Further as per NIT and Bid Document)

Methodology, Program of construction (PERT) and quality management plan (Further, as per NIT and Bid Document)

The bidder shall submit undertaking on non judicial stamp paper worth Rs 100/- that he would conclude a separate agreement with ULB for O&M (as per the decision of the Govt) of both existing and new Under Ground Sewerage systems (as per bid document) in case O&M is entrusted to the successful bidder of the work, and also that he would agree for staggered release of deposits (As per NIT)

In case, bidder (for JV, if any of the members of JV ) is not a manufacturer of DI pipes, the bidder (Lead partner of JV ) shall submit Attested copy of U form/ MOU obtained from reputed/ principal manufacturers of DI pipes to supply the DI pipes to the bidder for the execution of work (Further as per NIT and Bid Document)

In case, bidder (for JV, if any of the members of JV) is not having experience in providing SCADA, the bidder (Lead partner of JV) shall submit MOU obtained from agency having experience in providing SCADA for the execution of work (Further, as per NIT and Bid Document)

The bidder (for JV, all members of JV) shall submit undertaking on non judicial stamp paper worth Rs 100/- duly stating that they have not been blacklisted / debarred / Suspended / demoted in any department in Telangana or in any State/Govt. of India due to any reasons (Further, as per NIT and Bid Document)

The Bidder / Firms (In case of JV, all the partners of JV) who have applied for / availed Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) /Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) during last five (5) financial years and continuing to be under the same as on the date of tendering are not eligible to participate in the Bid

In this regard, a certificate issued by the Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant stating that the Bidder / Firms has not applied for/availed the Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) / Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) in the last five (5) financial years, shall be uploaded by the Bidder. The certificate issued by the Statutory Auditor/ Chartered Accountant shall be in the current financial year

The bidders (in case of JV, all the partners individually or collectively) as a prime contractor should have executed physical quantities of items in any one financial year during the last ten financial years i.e., from 2016-17 to 2025-26. (As per NIT)

The bidders (in case of JV, any of the partner) as a prime contractor shall have satisfactorily completed minimum one year of operation and maintenance of Sewerage Projects/Improvement Schemes (consisting of Sewage Treatment Plants/ Wetwells/ Sewage Pumping Stations /Pump Sets/Laying of sewer pipelines / House sewer connections or combined) during the last ten financial years

The bidder should enclose experience certificates issued by Engineer- In- Charge of the state / central Govt. dept, undertakings not below the rank of Executive engineer or equivalent and counter signed by the officer of the rank of Superintending Engineer

The bidders (in case of JV, all the partners individually or collectively ) should have Satisfactorily completed (or not less than 90% of physical contract value), as a PRIME CONTRACTOR, similar works comprising of any component(s) of Sewerage Projects/Improvement Schemes of value not less than Rs.148.33 Lakhs in any one F.Y, during last 10 F.Ys i.e., from 2016-17 to 2025-26 (As per NIT)

The bidder (in case of JV, all the partners individually or collectively ) shall produce liquid assets / credit facilities / Solvency certificates from any Indian Nationalized / Scheduled commercial banks of value not less than Rs.74.165 Lakhs. The solvency certificate should be in standard format as per G.O. Ms. No 94, I & CAD, Dt:01.07.2003 (Further, as per NIT and Bid Document)

The bidders (in case of JV, all members of JV) shall furnish details of value of Civil Engineering works executed in the last 10 financial years by the Bidder in Statement-I with supporting certificates. (As per bid document)

The bidders (in case of JV, all members of JV) shall furnish Details of similar works completed by the bidder during the last ten financial Years in Statement-II with supporting certificates. (As per bid document)

The bidders (in case of JV, all members of JV) shall furnish Quantities of work executed by the Bidder in the last 10 financial years ? in Statement ? III with supporting certificates. (As per bid document)

The bidders (in case of JV, all members of JV) shall furnish Details of existing commitments of the bidder i.e., works on hand in Statement-IV-A with Supporting Certificates and also details of tenders submitted in Statement ?IV-(B)

Availability of critical equipment with the bidder in Statement ?V (in case of JV, all the partners individually or collectively) (As per NIT)

Availability of Key personnel with the bidder in Statement-VI (in case of JV, all the partners individually or collectively) (As per NIT)

Bid capacity shall be more or equal to Half of to the estimated contract value will only be qualified for opening of Price bid. (As per NIT)

In case of JV, JV agreement, MOU, power of attorney, partnership deed, Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association of company, Authorization of Board of directors/Partners for forming JV& bid submission etc, (As per NIT and Bid Document)

The JV firm should furnish an undertaking from all the members that in case of award of work, the J.V Agreement deed is irrevocable by any one or all the members together until 3 months after the defect liability period after completion of the work. (As per NIT)
