Invitation to Bid - Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Demonstration of Survey Rover Receiver and Controller with GNSS Field Survey Software and Accessories, Including Three Years On Site Warranty and Training in KARNATAKA

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder shall supply, install, configure, test, commission and demonstrate the Survey Rover Equipment with GNSS Receiver, Controller, GNSS Field Survey Software and all necessary accessories.

The equipment offered shall comply with the minimum technical specifications prescribed in the tender document.

The bidder shall clearly mention the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), make and model number of the equipment offered.

The bidder shall submit the official product brochure and detailed technical specifications along with the technical bid.

The bidder shall submit a point-by-point technical compliance statement against all prescribed technical specifications.

The successful bidder shall provide a comprehensive three-year on-site warranty. Warranty charges shall not be quoted separately.

All software updates shall be provided free of cost during the comprehensive warranty period.

After-sales service support shall be provided as specified in the tender document, including a service centre in Bengaluru operating on a 22X7X365DAYS

The OEM shall provide an undertaking confirming the availability of spare parts for at least five years from the date of supply.

On-site training shall be provided to 10 technical staff at each place of consignment for operation and maintenance of the equipment.

If required during technical evaluation, the bidder shall demonstrate the quoted equipment through field trials within two days of notice.

The OEM shall certify that the quoted model will not reach end-of-life within the next five years.

The supplied equipment shall be inspected and tested for compliance with the approved technical specifications before acceptance.

The successful bidder shall complete delivery, installation and commissioning within the period specified in the tender document or purchase order.

Payment shall be made after satisfactory delivery, inspection, testing and commissioning, subject to the payment conditions specified in the tender document.

All other conditions relating to eligibility, bid submission, technical evaluation, financial evaluation and contract execution shall be governed by the tender document and applicable procurement rules.

Technical specifications of the product listed above should be available on the official Indian portal of the OEM for public access.

The Survey Rover shall undergo mandatory third-party inspection by an independent agency approved by the purchaser to verify compliance with the prescribed technical specifications, GNSS/RTK accuracy, functionality, and accessories before final acceptance, at the supplier cost.
