  1. One or more of the said works executed successfully by the tenderer added together shall be minimum of Rs.27.49 Lakhs in any one year during the past 10 years. The present worth of each of these jobs executed and completed by the tenderer in the past will be calculated based on escalation of 10% per annum. ii) Physical Quantities: It is necessary that the tenderer should have successfully executed similar type of works i.e., i) The tenderer should have experience in manufacture, supply, delivery of 450mm dia NP-3 class RCC spun/vibrated cast (Reinforced) socket and spigot pipes of atleast (140.00 RMT) ii) The tenderer should have experience in RCC works with RCC M20 or higher grade of atleast (16.42 cum ) iii) Manufacture, supply and delivery of 400mm dia and above DI D/F Gate valves (02 Nos) in one or more contracts added together in any one year during the past 10 years (specified financial years) i.e. not earlier than April’2016 in any of the Government Departments/Government Undertakings. 5) Bidder capacity: The assessed capacity of the Tenderer, as calculated below, shall not be less than the estimated value of the contract. (i.e. Rs:27,49,238=97Ps).The estimated value of the work(s) is likely to be awarded by the HMWSSB among the tenders submitted earlier (even though the letter of acceptance has not been approved by the HMWSSB) shall also be taken into account While arriving the value of “B”.Assesed Capacity = 2 AN-B; Where. A = Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one financial year during the last ten years (up dated to current price level taking into account the completed as well as works in progress by adding 10% per year). N = Number of years prescribed for completion of work upto date price level for which tenders are invited. B = Value of existing commitments and ongoing works. 6) Resource Mobilization:Each prime bidder should further demonstrate the availability of liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than Rs.13.745 lakhs. The Tenderer shall submit Credit lines/letter of credit/Solvency certificates valid for one year from any nationalized/Scheduled Bank to this effect and in case of Liquid Assets, the amount as on 31-3-2025 will be taken into account from the Balance Sheets. 7) 6) The tenderer is subjected to be disqualified, if he is found to have misled or furnished false information in the forms/statements certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirements or record of performance such as abandoning of work not properly complete in earlier contracts, inordinate delays in completion of the works, litigation history, financial failures, participated in the previous tendering for the same work and has quoted unreasonable high bid price. a.
