Government Tender Published for Procurement Services in JOGULAMBA GADWAL, TELANGANA

The bidder shall be a registered Contractor in Central Government or any State Government or State/Central Public Sector Undertakings in India or registered Firm in India As a prime contractor, the Bidder should have an experience of having carried out same/similar works atleast on 2 Nos Intake or DT gates or any other dam hydraulic gates of capacity not less than 22 MT each, in any Govt. or reputed private organizations in the last 5 years. The firm shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/PO copies of the similar type of work in support of qualifying requirements, failing which offers are liable for rejection. iii) Financial Condition: a. Solvency: The bidder should have credit facility/Solvency certificate issued by any Nationalized/Scheduled (Public Sector) bank, not earlier than 12 months from the date of the NIT, for a value of not less than Rs.40 Lakhs. b. Annual Turn Over: The bidder should have minimum annual turnover of Rs.25 Lakhs in any year during last five financial years. The Annual Turnover certificate issued by a registered Chartered Accountant shall be uploaded.

Procedure for bid submission: a) The tender should be in the prescribed forms which can be obtained from ‘e’ procurement platform from the date of electronic publication up to the time and date indicated in the tender notice. The bidder would be required to register on the e-procurement market place https://tender.telangana.gov.in and submit their bids online. Offline bids are not acceptable for the tenders published in e-procurement platform. Those contractors who register themselves in the ‘e’ procurement market place can download the tender schedules free of cost.

If any successful bidder fails to submit the original hard copies of uploaded certificates/documents within the stipulated time or if any variation is noticed between the uploaded documents and the hard copies submitted by the bidder, the successful bidder will be suspended from participating in the tenders on e-procurement platform for a period of 3 years. The e-procurement system would deactivate the user ID of such defaulting successful bidder based on the trigger/recommendation by the Tender Inviting Authority in the system. Besides this, TGGENCO shall invoke all processes of law including criminal prosecution of such defaulting bidder as an act of extreme deterrence to avoid delays in the tender process for execution of the works/projects by TGGENCO.
