Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card and copy of Latest Income tax returns submitted along with proof of receipt

Copy of GST Registration Certificate Registered with Telangana State along with latest GST returns

Articles of Association Form 32 and Registration of firms in case of Firms, Partnership deed and Form A

Annual Turn over certificate for the civil works executed year wise should be uploaded along with supporting Experience certificates issued by Executive Engineer and counter signed by Superintending Engineer or equivalent Authority. A value will be calculated only based on the Experience certificates for civil works / CA Certificate

The particulars of value of Civil Engineering works executed in the last five financial years in the tenderers name in Statement - I along with work done certificates in support of the figures

The Contractor / Agency should upload Experience Certificates in last five years issued by Executive Engineer and Counter signed by Superintending Engineer or equivalent Authority

Statement Showing year wise break up of value of work executed in Statement - II duly supported with work done certificates work wise

The information on existing Commitments with supporting certificates in Statement - IV

The availability of key and Critical equipment in Statement - V certified by any officer in the Cadre of Executive Engineer and above of State / Central Government Department. No self declaration will be entertained

Qualification certificates of Key Technical Personnel in Statement - VI

The information and litigation History in Statement - VII

Latest Proof of Liquid Assets in the shape of Solvency Certificate, Liquid Assets / Credit facilities from Nationalized Bank/Schedule bank for the required amount of Rs.178.00 Lakhs. The certificate should not be earlier than one year

Declaration & Undertaking of tender

The Proposed Bidder or his authorized person should visit the proposed site for bidding, along with concerned DEE/Authorised person from this corporation to know actual topography, terrain and working conditions.The site inspection picture along with Geo-Coordinates countersigned by the Superintending Engineer needs to be Uploaded.

In case the authorized person visits the site, a copy of picture along with DEE/Authorised person from corporation needs to be signed by the proposed Bidder and finally it should get counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of this corporation while uploading

The contractor has to provide valid E-mail address, latest residential address and Phone number without fail. The correspondence will be sent to the E-mail address provided by the bidder
