Proof of pre-qualified Empanelled vendor for Data Entry, Digitization, and printing services listed by Department of Personal and Administrative Reforms, Government of Karnataka vide Order Dated-09.10.2023, Copy of the Government Order/Certificate issued should be upload
Satisfactorily completed at least one same or similar Category of work and polypropylene archive box, for Record Room Digitalization Work for any recognized government organization. Bidder must submit single work done Certificate of Rs.11.80 Lakhs in any one year of last five years from 2021-22 to 2025-26
The bidder must not have been blacklisted/ defaulted in services against Purchase Orders or Work order placed by Government Department/PSUs / Utilities-Scanned Copy of Self-declaration by the bidder on Notarized stamp paper of Rs. 100/- adhering to this clause
Eligibility Criteria
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
GST will be added to the contract amount of the lowest approved Agency while concluding agreement
